| Product Returns: |
We accept returns on all unused items in their original packaging within 14 days ON RECEIPT OF GOODS (None bespoke builds).
A refund will be made excluding all P&P costs. Its is the customers responsibility to return the item at their own cost.
We cannot accept any returns for bespoke build clutch kits including Paddle, Twin Friction or HD design clutch or braking orders with any performance designs added to the brake disc face.
If a an item cannot be delivered within our 7-10 day lead time we do not take any responsibility for losses incurred to the customer for missed garage appointments, hotel accommodation or any other expenses.
We advise all customers to wait until they have received their order before booking in any appointments for work to be undertaken.
Any clutch or braking order not installed by a qualified mechanic / technician which is registered for one of the below voluntary industry bodies will not be accepted back if installed to a vehicle.

Garages can choose to be accredited to The Motor Ombudsman‘s Codes of Practice, which are approved by the Trading Standards Institute to provide consumer protection and a dispute resolution service.

Mechanics can demonstrate their qualifications by joining the IMI’s Professional Register, which lists certified mechanics.

Retail Motor Industry Federation (RMI): These are examples of trade associations that garages might join for industry support and to show their commitment to standards.

Buy with Confidence Scheme:This trading standards approved scheme can also be used by garages to demonstrate their professionalism and trustworthiness.A vehicle registration must be provided once a sale has been completed.
- Any transmission transfer from one vehicle to another will void any returns warranty.

Cancellation Rights:
The primary difference for bespoke items is that the standard 14-day cooling-off period, which allows consumers to cancel distance (online/phone) sales, does not apply. Orders cannot be cancelled after purchase on bespoke orders once we have commissioned the build (24 hours after purchase). This is due to us using bills of materials which cannot be reused and prioritising manufacturing time.

You have 7 working days to inform us that you are returning the item, provided the part has not been fitted and is still in its original packaging. After informing us of the return, you have 7 days from that date to have the part delivered back to us.
We will then check the returned goods and make sure they are in resalable condition. If the packaging is damaged or the seal has been opened or tampered with on the original packaging, we have the right to refuse the returned part. Unfortunately this does not apply to bespoke builds, Bespoke Paddle, HD, Paddle, Bespoke Twin friction or Twin Friction Performance Clutch Kits. A handling fee of up to 25% will deducted from your refund to cover postage costs, re-balancing and running out processes, replacement of boxes and packaging plus re-stocking.
We will only grant a full refund on the original value of the goods excluding any packaging and postage costs. Returns can only be made by prior arrangement. Please message us via eBay or m.kelly@rtsperformance.co.uk for a return authorisation number.
Unauthorised returns will be refused. We do not take liability for the safe return of unwanted or faulty goods. It is your responsibility to send any returns via recorded delivery along with your return authorisation number. No refunds will be issued without proof of purchase, name and address of recipient and a brief description of the problem with the part when necessary. This will help us resolve any issues with your transaction as soon as possible.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs to send the item back to us; this applies to faulty and non-faulty parts, * Any parts which have manufacturers faults will be collected by RTS couriers from the delivery address only.
Once goods are returned they will be sent to the manufacturers to be tested.
A full independent report will be available upon request. If the independent report states that the product has been become faulty or damaged as a result of miss-use then no refund will be given and this voids any RTS warranty claim.
If you have been informed that your part is not eligible for return / refund, you have 7 days to inform us whether you require the parts sending back to yourself. If not communicated in the time period your parts will be disposed of.
Product Exchanges:
If you wish to return a product for an exchange, we reserve the right to deduct our initial shipping and handling fees. Any exchange will have to be agreed upon by first informing us of the issue with the part. Then at our discretion we will decide the next course of action.
Just as with returns, you have 14 days to request an exchange with explanation, and then 14 days from that date (once we have come to an agreement) to return the part back to us.
Faulty Products:
Any product returned as faulty, will be sent to the manufacturers to be tested. This process can take up to 30 days, if needed customers will have to purchase a replacement part for the full value. Once the manufacturer has provided an official report, declaring the part to be faulty only then will we refund you for your initial purchase.
Manufacturer’s warranties differ from product to product, please don’t hesitate to message or call us with any questions or concerns. Important Information: If you choose to have any product professionally installed and it becomes faulty, we will NOT be held responsible for any fitment/labour costs or any damage whatever sort including any recovery charges or transportation costs involving in installing or removing the product from your vehicle during or after the warranty period. We will take returns on correctly supplied good or if customer purchases incorrectly then return postage and 10% restocking charge will be paid by the customer.
Incorrect install of RTS Clutches:
Any clutch kits which are over greased by Mechanics, technicians or installers which results in the drive plate being contaminated will not be covered by our warranty.
Clutch kit retaining clips must be clipped in correctly by the mechanic, technician or installer. Failure to install a clutch kit correctly will not be covered by our warranty.

Performance clutches are not warranted but a full manufacturers guarantee is given for any manufacturers faults.
