Many people are running more power with hybrid turbos and using the Renault Megane RS 280 / 300 Trophy as track day cars so they want a clutch with more bite, but still drive to events and on road so dont want a super heavy bite, nor the grabby nature of a full paddle clutch. The RTS clutch kit is designed to work with the standard DMF and will comfortably cope with 485ft lb of torque without slipping.
RTSHD-0480 (Heavy Damper) has been designed and manufactured to significantly exceed the original clutch system whilst also maintaining OE pedal effort, thus delivering a torque capacity of 350 lbs/ft of torque.
RTSTF-0480 (Twin friction) has been designed and manufactured to significantly exceed the original clutch system whilst also maintaining OE pedal effort, thus delivering a torque capacity of 450lbs/ft lbs/ft of torque.
RTSPC-0480 (5 paddle) has been designed and manufactured to significantly exceed the original clutch system whilst also maintaining OE pedal. effort, thus delivering a torque capacity of 480 lbs/ft of torque.
